WE COOK WHAT INSPIRES US

AND REBEL AGAINST WASTE

What started in a food trailer in Denton, tx became a place for three chefs to cook unapologetically: influenced by their backgrounds and experiences, but just as easily by a farmer's harvest, a song, a movie, a memory or whatever they're obsessed with that week.

SEASONALITY MEANS MORE THAN CHANGING A GARNISH

Over the years, we've worked with Texas farmers and producers including:

  • Brushy Creek Farm

  • Sapling Farm

  • Winona Orchard

  • Ladybug Lane Veggies

  • Alford Family Farm

  • Wells Berry Farm

  • Tree Folk Farm

  • Slim Dibbler Farm

  • Eat Your Greens Microgreens

  • TX Fungus and more.

Their ingredients influence what ends up on our menus.

We care about using what farmers grow thoughtfully—including the pieces that aren't necessarily the prettiest.

We’ve won some sh*t
